iCheck Marketplace Alerts & Enrollment Messaging
1. Program Description
By opting in to the iCheck Energy SMS program, you agree to receive marketing, enrollment-related, and service-related text messages from iCheck Energy, a marketplace that helps customers compare and enroll in retail electric and/or gas supply offers. Messages may include promotional offers, enrollment confirmations, reminders to complete enrollment, and secure links to enrollment documents related to energy suppliers you select through the iCheck Energy marketplace.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from iCheck Energy.
If you want to join again, simply opt in again through the iCheck Energy website or enrollment process.

4. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates / Frequency
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the iCheck Energy marketplace and enrollment activity, but typically does not exceed 1–5 messages per enrollment lifecycle.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. iCheck Energy does not sell your personal information or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Consent & Eligibility
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the number provided and consent to receive SMS messages from iCheck Energy in accordance with these Terms. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
